The Sonotrodes conduct the ultrasonic oscillation into the work piece. We individually tailor-make the Sonotrodes for the respective application to meet our customers’ requirements.
The design of the Sonotrodes depends on the ultrasonics application for welding, cut and seal, riveting, embossing, and cutting. We use specialised testing equipment to tune the Sonotrodes to the required frequency.
These frequencies include 20, 35 and 40 kHz.
Our Sonotrodes are made from aluminium, titanium, or steel with various application-specific surface treatments and coatings available. Our designs include round, blade, block, fakir, pin, and composite Sonotrodes.
